We believe that the kratom market should be structured in such a way to allow the traceability of kratom from it’s origin, thru how it’s processed, tested and final verification by the Indonesian government of all prior steps.

Many kratom vendors in the US conduct business with a layer of misplaced trust whereby they will trust a supplier simply because of promises made to supply the “best” product. Multitudes of containers have been sent back from the USA either because of suppliers “mixing” their kratom thereby adulterating it with other botanical products to increase the volume or due to kratom tainted with microbials or high levels of metals due to poor processing.
On the flipside, all too often you hear stories of US buyers with COD terms that never pay the supplier once the goods are delivered to them. These scenarios have contributed to mistrust both between buyer and seller.
